I entered the Nottingham Store in Victoria Centre and was pleasantly greeted with smiles by both 'Stevie' and 'Aisha' so was endeared instantly.  Stevie had no problem in showing me what was in store and coaching me on what was available. This was done professionally with a kind and happy attitude- which in today's world is unusual as greed normally takes precedent- I.e. "how can I make a bonus"  I remarked about Aisha's smile being - "so important to customers" and the professional way Stevie dealt with me being a lovely touch.  I do commend both young ladies and they are young to have such qualities  Please say some kind words to them as their efforts actually seem effortless- it all seems natural.  THANK YOU and please thank them both for my experience, sadly I didn't buy anything this time but only because I'm a ditherer and spoilt for choice.  Kind regards Gary

Myself and my partner had visited Ernest jones today in Nottingham Victoria centre to look for our wedding rings. We were welcomed with a warm greeting and was served by Vlad who went out of his way to help us and went the extra mile to help and assist us with our final decision. We would definitely  recommend coming here for jewellery as the staff in this shop are super friendly and do everything they can to assist. Once again thanks to Vlad

Helped by a wonderful sales person called Stevie.  Purchased a diamond eternity ring for my wife and a watch for myself, which we are both very happy with.  Will defiantly be my go to place when I want to buy the wife something sparkly.  Highly recommended!

Visited today for the first time. Nigel ensured a great experience, he was so knowledgeable about the piece of jewellery, and the back story of Le Vian. There were no pushy sales tactics just genuine friendliness and professionalism.  The lady  assistants were equally amicable. Absolutely love my purchase and would highly recommend a visit! Thank you Nigel and team.

We were shopping in town Nottingham today and were  not planning a trip to Ernest Jones. We did have a look in the window however as it will be our Ruby wedding anniversary in July and my husband wanted to look at Ruby rings for me. We went into the shop where we were helped by Stevie. My husband asked to have a look at the Ruby rings and she brought them all out for us. Stevie was so lovely, really helpful and very knowledgeable about the rings. She gave us time to handle the rings and try them on. She said that we were welcome to photograph them and go away and have a think about what we wanted to do. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. She helped me to choose a ring and was extremely complimentary as to which ring suited my hand. Her customer service certainly swayed us to buy the ring today and not wait until nearer our anniversary. The downside is that my husband is hiding the ring now until 9th July  All in all a fantastic experience and Stevie was absolutely wonderful!

We went looking for wedding rings today, after looking all around Nottingham we returned here which was our first port of call, and purchased two beautiful rings. The ladies especially Michelle we’re so helpful and lovely, and we were really happy with our experience in there. Would highly recommend.

Gentleman who served us was extremely polite and helpful, even though the store didn't have exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

I had the loveliest lady help me today, staff are so nice I absolutely recommend!
