The people who run this place are very dedicated to the well-being of others, the men's shed inclusive to all regardless of the name lol has been of great importance to my mental health and well-being, there's just something about wood working that calms the mind and takes you away from the hustle and bustle, there's also the sense of accomplishment when you finish a project. I can't recommend it enough to those that want to try something different. I've included a picture of my daughter working on her project during the kid and parent club.
