Since working in Faversham I've found Trevs shop a very pleasant place to take all my little jobs that need doing from repairing motor biking leathers, shoes, gardener tools sharpened to cutting spare keys !! I found him a very nice cheerful chap !!

Trevor is a craftsman of the old school! Extremely happy with his excellent repair of my lovely leather boots which I thought I was going to have to throw away!

Disgusting attitude towards customers. Verbally abusive and verged on physically aggressive. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Trevor is completely off his head,told me it is a criminal offence if I lost the ticket stub for my shoe repairs,well I'm telling you Trevor you can send your Facist junta round my house and I'll stick my size 10 hob nail boot right up where the sun don't shine!! Peace love & orange spangles

Very very poor customer service!!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone! While taking my order wasn't even looking at me, just repairing someone's shoe at that time, then I've put my 5 years old sun up for a second for him to see the machine (which wasn't running at the time) he was so exited about... I got shouted at and told off in a very aggressive manner! Very unpleasant experience, very rude man, no manners, not a clue how to treat his customers, but maybe because I'm not English I've had such a treatment. I used this place before for repairing a bag and shoes, but WILL NEVER COME BACK THERE AGAIN. Rude and obnoxious!!!!
