Brilliant service. The strap on one of my favourite sandals had come off and I thought that I would have to throw them away. I asked if they could be repaired and they were re-stitched while I shopped. Price was very reasonable. Very pleased with the repair.

I came here just over a month ago, to see if I could get my phone screen repaired. I spoke to a young girl who took my name, number & told me the cost. She said it would take no longer than a week to order the screen needed & someone would call me when it's in. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything, so went in the store & queried it. The girl said it's taken a bit longer than expected but should be in next week. I asked if she could call me if there is going to be anymore of a delay, she agreed. Another 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything, I tried calling them numerous times but no answer... So once again, I went in store & this time spoke to a man who said it is still delayed. I said to him I'm a bit annoyed because both times I've been told someone will call me & no-one has. He checked my details when I told him my name & then said there's no number notes here for you?! I did advise him that the girl I spoke to first time round did take my number. The man said it should be no longer than a week, and he would be in touch either way. Now over a week later, surprisingly I haven't heard from them. Appalling service, I'll find somewhere else that's reliable to get it sorted. Definitely wouldn't reccommend.
