Absolutely shocking service, took a parcel in there on Monday I was in there for a hour, the happy woman not behind the counter zapped my parcel lost the qr code then sat there serving other people kept shrugging her shoulders when she couldn't sort it our.. these people who have said they had good service must have had someone else working in there that day!!!! She is ignorant,rude,won't be going back there at all.
Excellent local community post office. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shop is also stocked with useful every day items. Everything you could want in a post office
Had a terrible experience when sending a parcel. I asked about delivery options, but the staff member was insistent on selling the most expensive option and didn’t even mention any alternatives. She seemed more focused on making a sale than helping customers, almost like she was trying to mislead people. No value for customer right to have information and options to change
After having been to a post office closer to my home address and receiving the worst service possible, I called into this post office today as it was close to work. Absolutely amazing service in helping me renew my licence which I had let lapse by accident and had no other documentation in date. The lady behind the counter took her time to review my application to ensure it was correct and knew what I needed before I did, I left feeling a stressful situation had just been made loads easier.
Bring back the previous owners!!! Been going all my life. Bought a computer cable in good faith. Asked if it was the wrong one could I return it the young lady said yes. The owner when I tried to return it was very abrupt saying I should go back when the young girl’s in and sort with her. Won’t be buying anything from here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a thing from these people
