Very convenient car park and great price cost me £7.20 from 5:00-10:00.nOnly problem was is that it said it was ticketless and I thought it said you pay at the barrier when leaving but nothing popped up so I had to awkwardly reverse out of level 2 and pay on level 1 to go back up to level 2. Should be more clearer for newcomers.
Something has changed recently here; on entry, the machine now dispenses a paper ticket with a QR code which has to be scanned on the way out. On Sunday evening I paid £9.90 for 1 hr 15 minutes parking. Last night I looked at the paper ticket, still in my pocket, and noticed a timestamp of 14:55. I actually entered the car park at 16:25. The machine only gave one ticket, I did not pick up the wrong ticket. Be careful to check the timestamp.
As far as car parks go this one is nothing special. Yeah it’s pretty cheap but the layout is a tragedy. We lost our car due to the difficulty navigating the maze like structure. Not only that but you can only pay on floor 1, not the floor you drive out of 2 I wonder who thought of that great idea. Also my mate just got back from paying, never mind my previous comment about the cheap prices, it cost him £25.60 ‘kinell!
Parking fee £2.7 per hour on high side. SUV driver has to be careful as parking lot is really tight. Parked during lunch and on a week day. No problem to find parking lot.
Easy to find a space on a busy Saturday evening. Paying was simple. One star lost as the number of payment machines is quite small for a big car park.
