Have made several orders with them. Each time they have been reliable in all aspects. Plants are as described and well cared for. Delivery is well tracked. They even give a phone number with the delivery in case of queries. Brilliant !

Website was easy to use. Ordered a mini Christmas tree which I'm pleased with and it arrived promptly. Good value for money. Over packaged is why this is a 4 star not 5 review. Box could have been half the size. Felt wasteful

We sent one of your rose bushes to our cousins in Carlisle for their Golden Wedding. They were thrilled with it and said it was packaged beautifully with details of what to do with it when it arrived. Also they were very impressed with the fact that they will get sent monthly emails with instructions for the ongoing welfare of the rose.
