This company supplied a substandard Diamond wedding anniversary rose which when I drew attention to the poor quality, continually refused to either acknowledge the significance or kept on refusing to redress the situation. I had provided photos of the complete rose as it arrived as well as the open flowers. This compared to the photos advertised on their web site. My complaint was that the rose supplied had no volume being thin, lacking density and with few branches. The flowers themselves when open were more like a wild rose with a single petal array, nothing like their photo. They were hardly able to accept that my contract was with them and kept on referring it back to the supplier. I spent a lot of time with emails to no avail. In the end I had no choice but to provide it as a present on the occasion. They just couldn’t recognise my disappointment and complaint. I will never use them again and warn others of potential problems with the this company especially as my request was not unreasonable.

Very disappointed with the magnolia tree received as a gift on Father's Day.  Generally in poor condition, with quite a few leaves eaten away and browning and the soil saturated.  Customer service response after a second email was that it had probably got over-dry !  I replied that this was not the case and it was far more likely to be disease or infestation.  No reply at all to this so far !

I ordered a rose called At Peace for a friend who recently lost her husband. This rose is white with a beautiful fragrance. However, when the rose flowered it was yellow tinged with pink and had no scent. Obviously the wrong rose was sent Peace. My friend was so disappointed and upset as her husbands favourite rose was white not yellow. After numerous phone calls, all unanswered, and multiple emails with photos, customer service appears to be non existant. At this moment in time I would not recommend this company. Yes, mistakes happen, but the way they are dealt with says a lot about the company and so far I am not impressed.

Brilliant customer service. Last year I bought a rose for my daughter when she moved into her new house. This year it has really struggled.  Sent some pics and said it was disappointing - the response was excellent and it was replaced straight away.  Full marks for customer care

Received my Magnolia Tree this afternoon and it's covered in leaves, looks healthy and amazing.  Soaking it in water now,in the shade, before we plant it,due the hot weather

I ordered a rose bush to be delivered to my brother and sister in law for their ruby wedding anniversary. Ordering was really easy and I was kept informed of when delivery would be. I was given a one hour window and it was delivered exactly in that time frame. They were delighted with it and we visited a couple of days later and I was able to see it for myself. It was a well established plant with lots of buds still to come out. We left them deciding where in their garden it would go. Very happy customer.

I received my Kaffir Lime Tree in good condition and on time. The customer service was excellent following an initial problem-resolved in a timely and completely satisfactory manner. Thanks.

Ordered the rose for a golden wedding anniversary gift. This arrived in perfect condition with leaves and an odd bud and was beautifully wrapped.Delivery was executed as advised within the one hour time slot. Our friends said that the gift was wonderful in every way.

Wanted something special and a little different for my sisters 60th birthday which unfortunately occurred in the middle of lock down. Found the ‘Fab @60’ rose and knew she would love it. Ordering was easy and the choice of gift cards good. It arrived on the specified day beautifully packaged and my sister was delighted. Really healthy looking bush and looking forward to the first beautiful blooms!

The service, delivery & quality of rose were all very good.  Unfortunately the greeting card I purchased did not have the greeting I had requested included.  This led to the recipients wondering who had sent the gift.  Unfortunately this had an adverse affect on my experience & hence the lower satisfaction rating.
