The food is good but the attitude and manner of the deliverers is appalling. Ordered some food for dinner, managed to get the total of £25 for a free bottle of coke. However, when my food arrived the deliverer said that i "couldn't order from there again" and "this is the last time" and then handed me my food and walked away. Even though im in the BN21 area which on their website is suffice. I also didn't get the free bottle of coke with my food which was disappointing as i spent £25.

Disgusting!!!! Ordered two kebabs for delivery. Only waited half hour but when delivered the vegetarian one was STONE cold. Like it had come straight from the fridge. Rung up and asked for two hot ones to be delivered. They refused saying they never deliver cold kebabs. We had to take them back and the staff were extremely rude. Will never order from them again.

Extremely disappointing overall. Gave the place the benefit of the doubt after a botched order (resulting in a promise of some money off my next order - that never happened. Probably because they have an argumentative child answering the phone half the time.) Called again this evening. Not the kid this time. Was refused service because they shut at 9:30. I explained that they can't be closed then. If you're shut, don't answer the phone! What a joke. I won't be ordering from here again.
