The service here is so terrible. We went in to pick up the product we ordered and we apologize for spending our money with you. Zero kindness, zero respect, they didn't pay attention to us, they didn't care what we wanted, they just threw a word there and someone wanted another order to take away. The most outrageous thing is that while they are being rude to the customer inside in the heat, outside in the cold and pouring rain the young girl is selling, smiling and nice. This is not fair. Kick the useless men out into the cold and put this nice, smiling and respectful young girl in their place. If you don't centrally solve the behavior of these rude male salesmen in the Lampeter store, it is likely that you will lose a lot of customers, which will lead to you having to close this store. We really like Travis stores, but we will definitely never go to Lampeter again and we will not recommend it to anyone if this rude behavior does not change.
Awful service a few weeks ago. Staff behind the counter swearing and talking nonsense. Half hour wait for supplies outside, what? Won't be returning anytime soon. The guy who finally dealt with me, Damian his hi Viz said, was an absolute legend. Top bloke, very kind, very apologetic. The only one with an ounce of respect and care. A shame your colleagues let him down, what an embarrassment to him

Very typical of a national business with their pricing structure. Too many people up the chain sharing profits which makes the end product price tag very expensive. I use the independent builders merchants where you get a fair price and no nonsense service, also no shareholders to keep in luxury for doing nothing.
Visited to buy 30-odd metres of timber. Hoped I might have some help cutting, but no such luck - although an unhelpful and rude member of staff was happy to watch me struggle most of the time, and nit-pick about how I chose/made my cuts. He was that bad I emailed the manager to complain - who, in fairness, called me back later that day to apologise. Whilst I was there I checked on the status of a delivery order, and was given a date - which I then booked off work. It did not arrive on that date - I called to find out why and was just told I would have it the next day instead - so I cancelled work the next day, too. The delivery arrived missing the most important component, and had to be sent back - but not before the delivery driver complained extensively about not being able to find us, as if it's somehow our problem.nnIt's 11 days since I placed the order, I'm now down two days' work, have clients chasing me for progress and nothing to show for it, and I'm livid. If I had any options I'd have sent the whole order back and gone elsewhere, but they're the only people who'll deliver here.nnUPDATE: Took another day off work to receive the replacement - which was, again, incorrect. The work lost to babysitting the delivery driver has now cost me more than the order, which I still don't have all of. Embarassing.
