Left waiting at the till for 5/6+ minutes or so, no other customers in store and no staff around anywhere, two blokes in the office presumably managers of some kind laughing and joking, not bothered that i'm stood there waiting...perhaps serving the general public at the till is beneath them? Went elsewhere instead
Purchased some timber but forgot to bring my ratchet straps, the staff offered to lend me a set of theirs to which I gladly accepted. A big thankyou to the staff for helping me out.
Can't fault it, the chap I spoke to went out of his way to help. I am not a builder, so his advice and suggestions made the work a whole lot easier.nMany thanks
Although Smaller than some branches staff here are always helpful when we’re looking for something. Good prices, And friendly staff
Staff very friendly, product all good. Unfortunately you cannot use any cordless tools on site, in my case I had to saw a sheet of ply in half with a handsaw, not ideal and was time consuming. Whilst I respect their decision and directive H&S, it would be helpful if tools could be used in my situation with staff supervision i.e. being in close proximity and observing. Overall, would recommend.
