It takes ages for anyone to answer the phone I got to fone to find out if prescriptions ready otherwise my 8 4 year old mother walks up there and got to wait a hour while the pharmacist has his dinner or some such rubish I can't get it myself caus I'm at work but I sometimes fone for her cause of all the waiting I'm sure the staff could do better but then there probley on poor money and don't care

Due to Boots in Cinderford not delivering a prescription when they said they would, I now have an ill partner to look after this weekend. Taken a day off to be in, no call from them - when I called ( took 2 hrs before call was answered)was told, no delivery, no tablets in stock - a direct contradiction to what we were told when we asked for the delivery 2 days ago. Put on hold numerous times ( I counted 5 ) during my call but no resolution. Contacted Head Office to make a complaint. Given one star because it's impossible to post zero.

Far too EXPENSIVE. This little boots needs to lower their prices as this shop is always empty. NEED MORE CHOICE BOOTS COME ON!!
