Ordered 4 ton of sand and 2 ton of 10mm limestone to be delivered for a floor we were doing on a Saturday. Delivered Friday but didn't have 4 ton of sand in, so only delivered 3 ton. Never rung to inform me of the missing sand. I did explain when ordering that I needed it all for a Saturday job.nLuckily we had taken the large van, so had to collect a ton from Kendal branch 1.5hr round trip.nAgain without contacting me delivered the missing ton the following Tuesday. Didn't contact me again regarding the refund, had to chase.nNow they have to collect the sand they dropped and refund me.nLike most Travis Perkins branch's customer services is very poor.
Great bunch of lads at this depot MilnthorpenKnowledgeable, helpful and polite. They always go that extra mile.
Great service. An even got a free cup of soup which came with croutons. Spot on
So friendly and really helpful. Shall be buying everything I need in future from here.
