Everything we wanted for mums 80th birthday break. Great location so not too far to walk to the front and shops. Clean rooms with all you need for a comfortable stay. Good wifi and tv. Fans provided. Staff very helpful at the desk. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, great rooms for the price your paying. We stayed for a week as a family during the Easter holidays. The only things that were negative about the whole trip were that every single day after 12pm our key cards wouldn't work! Every single day I'd have to have them re done. Found out the day before we left it's because it wasn't being registered for our whole stay and instead just as a overnight stay each day it was re done. Was a little annoying as you can imagine as no one is on the desk so we'd have to ring each time to wait for someone to come to us. The other thing was the plug in the sink/bath are a nightmare! Each night after the children's bath it would get jammed and had to be smacked back open with a hammer to allow the water to drain. Last thing was the cleaners, they'd always take the 4 bath towels then only give 2 back when 4 of us were staying in a room.nAs much as these things were a little annoying we would still 100% return as it's still extremely good value for money for where its based. We booked quite early so it only cost us £350 for a whole week during term time. We would never have gotten a price so cheap anywhere else so close to the beach front.

As normal a good stay in a Travelodge. The seagulls woke me up at 04:40! The room was quite warm had to sleep with window open and curtains open. Member of staff who checked me very friendly. Not as close to the station as the Premier Inn but of course not so expensive

Stayed for 3 nights in a family room. Appalling stench in bathroom of room 224. Bath didn’t drain away, we had to buy unblocker from the nearby shop to help. Shower curtain stank of urine. Requested clean towels and they weren’t replaced once, bins never emptied either.nApart from checking in I didn’t see anyone on reception to speak to for all of my stay.nnLovely view of the back of the restaurants also, late night bin emptying and early morning deliveries, far from ideal with a young family. Avoid at all costs.

Staff were nice and friendly. However one of the guests allowed thier dog to piss in front of the lift and didn't bother to clean it up or to tell anyone. Also it looked like there was dog poo on the stairs.
