Location within 3 minutes walk to shops, and 5 minutes walk to sea front close to the pier.nStandard Travelodge rooms.nGood value especially if you book well in advance.nPalladium across the street does great value all day.nSainsbury's just around corner.

We stayed in a family room, very spacious for us, nice comfortable beds, the kids pull out beds were brilliant along with black out curtains. There was a stain on the bottom of the bed but that didn’t affect our stay the facility’s were great, also our key cards needed renewing every time we left. We were a family of four and we needed a top up and the cleaner came in and just threw 2 towels on the bed maybe they were tired. Apart from that I wouldn’t have changed it lovely reception staff, very friendly and there for a helping hand whenever we needed anything! The only thing I’d change is WiFi being free for more than 30 minutes as having no signal was a bit annoying when needing to contact family then only able to have your 30 minutes free WiFi at the same time as the day before, for the amount we paid for our room for 3 nights a little bit more WiFi would have been great

Good location, staff were friendly and rooms decentnHowever, twice a day a complete fiasco with the key cards deactivating and needing reset at reception which can be unmannednFeel bad for the staff having to deal with complaints all the time. Only negative thing about the stay

A great location as in centre of the town if going out for a drink or two, and just across the road to Wetherspoons, and if going to the Venue theatre to see a show it's is only a roughly 10 min walk.

Sharing a lovely family room with my sister and her little dog. Room is very clean with ample room. 1 x Q bed and 2 single trundles. Very comfortable beds and very quiet. Bathroom is a great size with a shower over the tub.nOnly draw back would the soap dispensers did not work and the lovely ladies on the staff could not fix them so we were given a cup full of soap instead and the keys to the entry door and room were hit and miss, sometimes they worked and other times they didn’t, however there was someone at reception to help at all times.nI highly recommend this Travelodge as it is very clean budget accommodation and well worth the stay as it is close to the pier and shops.  It is in the heart of everything.nThe best bit for us is dogs are welcome pretty much everywhere.
