Lyn on reception was excellent .. super large room, with all facilities. Hot shower and bath. Clean and tidy. Soooo quiet . Free parking outside. Spacious room. Large bed. Faultless for £27.99 on a Sunday.
Breakfast was horrible, especially for children. You can't have showers with young children as the door has to be closed. Don't take bed guards on single beds, so I ended up with mine in my bed for safety. They definitely need a hot meal for breakfast and more variety. Breakfast is not included in price and is £5.50 per person, including children. Rooms are very expensive. Will not go back, sooner sleep in my vehicle.
The staff were great, welcoming and friendly. The rooms however were tired, old and there were cobwebs in every corner. The hotel is in desperate need of a refit.
Great to see just how much work has gone into keeping this up on a great level of cleanliness. Price is very reasonable. Location out of moat areas but still doable if you ok too drive. Quiet except for the noises of blooming some medical highlights of ambulance drivers flying through so noisy. I should complain.nParking clean tidy.Very well kept. Over all a good hotel
