Absolutely awful, we booked for 2 nights as we had a family funeral to attend so elected to stay as long travel, room was dirty blood on the shower bed base all ripped so much pigeon poop on the windowsill, Absolutely no storage for anything. Breakfast in a to go go box which we paid for but they don't do gluten free, so unable to have and not given a refund. 3am on 1st night lorries beeping cages being moved, someone hoovering at 5am . Mould in the shower, rooms are dark depressive Stay was so bad and depressing we checked out after 1 night despite paying for 2, and no where to park unless you stay in multi storey but your car locked in from 22.00-6.00. My advice avoid avoid more like a hostile than any sort of travel lodge.
Disgusting. The corridor smells of urine. The room is like a prison with bird poo all over the window ledge. The bedding stinks of other people’s sweat. The toilet is stained. Absolutely no soundproofing.
I checked in last week, Michael was amazing, so accomadating and a really lovely guy to talk too, he was really helpful and I can’t recommend this place enough due to his amazing customer service! Will definitely be staying again! Thank you Michael :
Stayed one night, on a flying visit to Horsham. Lovely service from staff. Best night sleep for a long time in the super comfortable bed. The bathroom however was freezing, despite heating on it was unbearably cold. The floor felt like ice too. The tap on the sink was really loose too. But apart from that the hotel had all just been finished decorating in the last week and was lovely clean and fresh. Apart from cigarette butt's on carpets that had obviously been walked in from the street outside. Perhaps could be avoided with an ashtray outside the main door.
A woman working on the night of 02.08.2024 at 9:30pm wouldnt let a my friend and young woman with 2 small kids under 5 stay in a Double room and left them to sleep on the street. She had a room booked at the travel lodge but the woman said it was only for 2 adults, my friend had definitely booked her for her 2 children. The woman working was extremely rude and did not let them stay. Leaving my friend on the street late at night with young children! Awful service!!!! Do not stay here
