I recently stayed at Premier Inn for 3 weeks with my sister and son: I was genuinely impressed by the quality of my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. The staffs were friendly and attentive, special mention to the manager Gorgianna and staff Kazi have been very helpful. The staffs are ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my visit. The convenience of the location made the stay even better. I highly recommend Premier Inn for a dependable and pleasant stay.

Rooms are new and well appointed, location is in the centre of Horsham. I stayed in a family room in the “quiet” part of the hotel. With 2 adults and our 3 young children. When we arrived I asked about parking the response was brief and terse “we have none” our neighbours decided to have a party at 3am and my protests seemed to make the music louder reception did nothing and were very rude. Certainly won’t be going back there in a hurry.
I've thought long and hard about actually leaving a review at all about this so-called hotel.the fact that I've even given a 1 star for some of the categories should tell you everything about the place.check in went well,polite staff.i go into my room and check out the bathroom.black mould everywhere.this was informed to the receptionist who apologised.this issue was not fixed for the 5 nights I stayed.in the evening I go to the restaurant only to be greeted by the most grumpy, miserable member of staff who clearly did not want to work their.i was shown to a table that was sticky and the seats in tatters.BUT the food WAS very nice.throughout the week no steak was available until the last day check out day.the breakfast staff were great but were clearly embarrassed by the state of how the place was almost operating.one evening we were asked to wait in the bar area by Mr grumpy before we could be shown into the pretty much deserted restaurant only to wait another 45 mins for food.VERY nice food.confusion on paying the bill was the final straw.good luck to the staff that want to find better employment and good luck to anyone who has the miss fortune to stay in a Hotel that is ready to either be re furbished or demolished.oh and to top it off please see photos for the attempt at toilet roll.
Decent place that met my needs. Stayed for 7 days for a work visit. Rooms are your basic hotel experience. I woke up in a sweat multiple times during the night, every night. Basic cable channels, nothing special entertainment wise, which is fine because there is plenty to do around the town. Service was excellent, though. We were able to get checked in earlier due to a long flight from the US. I had the breakfast each day I was there and I had no complaints. I did not try the dinner, although my colleges tried and said it was good. Overall, it's a place to sleep, even if it's not the best sleep. Quiet, no issues with noise. Central location to town made it easy to get to work each day and to various places around town.
