This is the registered address of Rentalcars.com. I wanted to contact them regarding extra charges on a previous booking 764949373, which were being discussed, but they don't send me the pin number, after numerous attempts. This is needed to contact the customer care. Be careful, anyway. Their rental insurance cover is minimal, and you will be asked later to buy a proper one at the desk of their partners,  or give credit to a huge deposit.

I honestly don't get all these bad reviews. I had been charged by Europcar for a chip in the windscreen of £593, and after 1 week I got the refund from Travel Jigsaw. So everything went smoothly.

I attempted to book a vehicle through their website.I reached the point where I submitted my credit card details, where I received the screen message that the specific vehicle is not available and to try again.I made three such failed attempts. I then made a booking through a separate company but then received 2 confirmations from rentalcars. I managed to cancel them but I was only refunded for the first one. I was told that there was a cancellation fee even when I explained over and over that their site is dysfunctional. They said that the company providing the vehicle Alamorequests this fee. I then talked to Alamo and they confirmed that the request NO fee and they have sent no booking confirmation. BEWARE!!!!!

This is a scam. We booked a hire car via BOOKING.COM who also own this company. Unfortunately, we had a non-fault accident whilst in the hire car in Australia and we were supposedly covered with BOOKING.COM fully comprehensive cover - we paid an extortionate amount of 'excess' to THRIFTY which was much more than the actual repairs to the vehicle on our credit card. This was in September, we are still waiting to be paid out on said 'fully comprehensive cover' TRAVEL JIGSAW/BOOKING.COM are asking for information repeatedly that has been provided to them. When I provide it and ask for an update, they ignore me! I'm paying £100 per month on my credit card in interest and this is simply not fair. I'll be reporting them to the FSA today for improper conduct.

We booked and paye a car and an insurance online. When we arrived to the airport, the agency forced us to subscribe to a new insurance for 287€. If we refused, they tell us that they will have to cancel the book and we would have lose all our money. Next : take a look at the car they provide us. A destroyed car the car was scratched all around the bodywork and we had a red alert after 50 km. We had to add engine oil they didn't refund us doesn't matter but unpleasant.

Appalling company. We took out insurance with them via rentalcars.com and are still owed over £2,000. No one answers our emails or calls. Total scam.

This company is FRAUDULENT!  They charged upfront. Never delivered the service, and refused to refund.  They have not arranged the pick-up. And have not sent me any notification that the driver was assigned.  Furthermore, they have FAKED the tracking of my trip and submitted the fake tracking information during the PayPal dispute. Submitted claim online and not heard a word for many weeks so no claim number. Very frustrated despite emailing them still no answer. Does this co. exist ? It was linked to Ryanair and Goldcar - neither helpful either.

If I could give negative stars I would. Purely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Fraudulently charged for 700 euro for additional car insurance that was never asked for or requested. Having gone back and forth am now engaging legal representation to address. Avoid, avoid, avoid...

Booked trough rentalcars.com and cancled well in advance according the contract. Then they charged full price, after cancelation was done and now they refuse to refund full. Thiefs!
