Very nice people when you are purchasing the policy, but evil when claiming. I went abroad on holiday and was subject to a mugging, i called my insurers who are Thomas cook and informed me that i would get help once i was back in the UK.

Whitehorse claims department have caused me so much heart ache as they have told me that i should go back abroad ang get another police report as the handwriting on the Police report is not the same, looking at it today, it looks the same, they have advised me to send a cheque of 10 pounds to Ireland if i want to raise a complaint about the service
