Very good quality home cooked Italian food

I would like to write here a review of Al Dente Hackney. Their pasta dishes are amazing, I really enjoyed lasagna and it was one of the best I had here in London. Great proper Italian food!

Very delicious pasta and very warm, friendly and helpful service. Beautiful ambiance. You can definitely see that it is an Italian family restaurant.

A surprising little piece of Italy, very traditional, good food and service.

Great traditional-style Italian restaurant. The pizza was astonishingly good - no fancy toppings, just a perfect crisp base with fluffy, non-stodgy crusts. House wine by glass, carafe, or bottle. Great value given the location.
