Pop in last night without a reservation, the young lady was very pleasant and found us a table. The service and staff were excellent but unfortunately the food wasn't up to the previous standards that we have experienced. The mussels were over seasoned too much salt, look closely at the pasta hard to find any bacon bearing in mind the cost I feel the chef could have been more generous.
I called around 1930hrs to enquire about a table for 2 people and to my surprise, there was one available. When we arrived, the restaurant was pretty busy and the atmosphere was very nice and warm. We were seated promptly and a drinks order was taken which gave us time to decide what we were having to eat. As I am gluten free, I was amazed to be told that the majority of the pasta/risotto dishes can be or already are gluten free which was fantastic news! Whilst ordering our food, one of us mentioned garlic bread and the waiter said that we can have gluten free garlic bread to accompany our food and I'm glad we ordered it as it was perfect in my opinion. As everything is made fresh on the premises, you may expect to wait slightly longer for your food but in all honesty, I'd have waited half an hour for my food as it was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back and we'll be recommending this place to our friends and family!! Thanks for a truly enjoyable experience! Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for gluten free
Excellent restaurant that dares to be different in its non pasta food. A set menu that's above and beyond in choice . Staff efficient without being over attentive. Young guy taking our 4 orders of starters and mains didn't write down any of it. All delivered correctly to the the right person. Very nice reasonably priced wine. Really can't praise this place enough.

An excellent addition to Paisley eating places. If i may be so bold, not the top echelon Italian eatery, but this place DOES give you great food at great value with superlative service from genuine staff who really believe in service and the best for the clientele. I had an excellent creamy risotto, a very passable glass of the house red which is a decent Primitivo.
Just fantastic! Dinner for 4 before our concert nearby. Booked for 6pm....no pre-theatre menu noted anywhere. Would like to see times and menu for this. Not online. That said, faultless in service, food and taste . Staff very attentive. Thanks Genova!

This is my husband and my go to Italian restaurant. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is outstanding. We had a delivery from them last night and the food was lovely as always. The restaurant is so lovely too. Highly recommend as we have never had a negative experience.Food: 5/5

Another lovely meal, Saturday afternoon out with my wife, my sister and brother in law. Been here a number of times, all 4 of us enjoyed our meal and would recommend if looking for a great Italian meal in the area Dietary restrictions: My daughter has coeliac disease and as long as the sauce is GF they can make the dish with GF pasta
