I'm probably not allowed to name my mental health practioner but she has been fantastic. When I couldn't face an appointment she did it my phone. Early days for me but they're brilliant and actually made me feel I'm not on my own
Waited almost 2 years on an appointment to be told I don't show signs of adhd. Two days later I was diagnosed with adhd from a private doctor. Useless
I think one star is even too generous for this place. The service that a family member received from here is catastrophic. To finally reach out for help and be referred to this place just to be told to google everything yourself and tell them what you think is wrong with you. Why is this place even open and have employees if all they are going to say is for the client to google things for themselves!? It’s as if the system is set up to fail. I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks this nor is my family member the only one I know off that’s been treated this way. In my opinion I don’t know how this business even open.
