So happy with the excellent and friendly medical service over the years. Coming from South Africa people have no idea how fortunate they are to have first world best practice and professional medical services so readily available. Complaining about the odd lost appointment or having to wait for calls to be answered is... really?

Rubbish. If you want to see a doctor .you have to wait about 4weeks to see one . The ones who behind the desk are rubbish . Have not got a clue .

Have no time for their patient, I'm disheartened by the way this surgery has changed over the years. No manners or common curtesy, your views or concerns are not listened too, palmed off with meds like guiney pigs, you can never get an appointment with the doctor you want and if you ring in to speak to a gp you get told off and told it's for emergencies only. After nearly 40 years of being at this surgery I will now be registering elsewhere.

Absolutely useless, the doctors are fab it's just the reception is where they fail my wife today went in for check up with midwife to be told her appointment wasn't booked in even though she rang and made an appointment not just that, you can never get through. I went in with my 2 yr old son so he could be checkd and there was 2 receptionist​s talking, one on right seen me and look away back to talking I had to take it upon myself to check woman on left to then been noticed. I'm not with them thank god and wouldn't wish it upon anyone else to be here either it's one thing after another,
