Attended a private family event here for the first time. Was met with absolute rudeness from the start by the bar man "Robbie" who screamed at and verbally abused majority of guests in attendance when trying to order a drink. Spoke to another bar maid who preceded to inform us " awh that's just robbie, he gets like that... I don't even like serving with him when he's like that". Humiliation and utter disrespect was most certainly the only thing shown. Not sure if it's because we werent "regulars". Approached the manage as this was totally unacceptable. To be told to just use "the bar downstairs". To then have the manager falsely accuse a guest of "pushing the barman down stairs". Multiple occasions physically grabbing a female guests arm. Absolutely shocked, saddned that a beautiful day was ruined by the whole atmosphere. Never again will a single penny be spent here, never again will another private function room be hired. Would definitely not recommend any family occasion here. I would give no stars if possible.

Go here every Wednesday for bingo. Great people, especially Yvonne. Great atmosphere. Brilliant for a social night out with good prizes.

Excellent experience of being in transport. Professional staff and nice n big rooms for parties even they did catering. Car park is huge, could park my car all night. Such an amazing place.
Very dirty place could do with a good clean coronavirus would be the least of your worries in there having a pint
Great venue for dancing and have amazing set up. Only downside is it's too far.
Pleasurable experience but less one star, tight on organised parking space, other than that a fine establishment
Lovely atmosphere by all staff members great for a night out for bingo. Highly recommend this bingo hall Wednesday evenings.
