The Muslim staff was Very bad attitude and service when I posted parcels there. They seemed unwelcome to service me. I liked use Royal Mail for my posted but I felt very stressful that trallwn post Office every time when I visited there. Also I cannot find other post Office in Llansamlet area so I changed to buy stamp online in Hermes and drop in their parcel shop . I thought that we need other Royal Mail office in trallwn area.

I go there almost ever day the staff there are so nice to me and my friends I dunno what I would do if I didn't like near it

Rude staff in my experience. They behave like we are lucky to buy over priced goods from them. Most of my friends and I avoid this place. But it is a shop come post-office and occasionally have to go there.
