We recently renewed our passports at moriston post office, we were confused and was served by a lady called Carol, Carol was fsntastic, so proffesional, helpfull, patient, caring and kind ,explaining the process to a full understanding, helped take our pictures ets Carol also had a fab sense of humour, all these atributes resulted in complete and condident customer service in renewing our old passports, please recognise how good Carol is in her role at moriston post office, and please pass on our thanks..Gary snd Carol..

I went in to collect my foreign currency and top up my travel money card. Excellent service from Jill thank you

Amazing service yet again. Another post office couldn't tax my vehicle, spoke to dvla and everything was fine. Came here and sorted in under 4 minutes. Service highly recommended

Called in today to tax our van whilst there noticed photo booth to take passport photos for myself and my husband. The lady who served us Ellen went above and beyond to help us both. She was so friendly and extremely helpful i was going to do our passports online but will go back to Morriston to see Ellen who will do it digitally for us!nThank you Ellen your an absolute star.

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean establishment and very well run. Lots of useful items in the shop and always notified of helpful things regarding the post office side of the shop too. Definitely recommend going to this post office, I drive out of my way just to go here.
