Telephoned them....no-one there! Recorded message gives you national contact number of Citizens Advice gov/uk. Typical quality of service from Lancashire County Council ! Sometimes wonder if ANYONE actually works there apart from receptionists. What do we pay them for?
A complete and utter waste of service from some incompetent people, you speak to them but they are not intrested in your case and fob you off. Have left several messeges but to no joy, No point having these these people trading standards in councils as the service there providing is a complete waste of money.
Joke. Phone get put on hold for ages then, when it does decide to answer, just gives a load of rubbish out about call charges, their website and other useless nonsense. Very much a money making exercise
Absolutely disgraceful service. The team are completely uninterested in your complaints and simply want to take their wages, for doing NO WORK.
THESE PEOPLE ARE A TOTAL JOKE. IS THERE A BODY THAT WILL INVESTIGATE TRADING STANDARDS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
