Phoned and asked about replacement iPhone 5s as a phone I bought of eBay had a screen that kept playing up. The store identified that the phone had a cheap non apple screen on it. Replaced it with a genuine apple screen. The phone runs beautifully even if I don't like iphones. Sadly the guy I bought it of has blocked me on fb but I know where he lives. Not how to do businesses. All I can say is I was there less than 20 mins and had a good chat. Shame that negative feedback been left for things beyond there control. Have a look at the eBay comments. Thankyou very much and 15 pound cheaper than phone doctor in newton

Repaired my samsung s6 whitch i though was unrepairable and kept me informed of price and time scale. Couldnt recomend high enough thank you again.

Always helpful. Been in a few times for repairs. If the owner thinks it will cost too much to repair he will point you towards a better alternative fix online.

I have used Trade in several times and on each occasion I have received great service and support. Mostly for screens being fixed on iPhones but more technical issues as well. Great little shop!
