Excellent customer service, friendly banter and extremely helpful! Jay and Ditta helped me find the perfect car which had everything on my list included! Later to find that the car was unsafe, and had nothing but issues with after sales. They have had my car back in their possession for mechanical work longer than I have actually been able to make use of it myself.nnThey ask for reviews to be left at the time of sale. I have edited my review to provide a reflective feedback on the full services received. I would not trust to purchase from here again. But this may be a one of incident.nnUpdate, they have had my car longer than I have to fix the damn thing. It’s still broken and been recovered several times by breakdown. I have rejected the vehicle under the consumer act 2015. I am fighting for a refund as the car experience has been the worst experience iv ever had.nnFULL REFUND Received AFTER arguing consumer rights and the car that was not road worthy was returned via recovery truck.nnMight be my luck but I won’t be using or recommending Trade Centre in future!nnGood luck if you put faith in this company.
Sam the sales rep, was amazing a true asset to the team and business. Not pushy at all, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very hard working and went above and beyond to help us find a car ideal for us. An absolute legend, ask for him when going here if you want a 10/10 service and a car that suits you. What a Legend!
Visited trade centre 1st time customer, very happy with the service. Smooth and fast process. Hassan gave lots of help and guidance in choosing the vehicle. Happy customer, will be back. Highly recommend : Thank you for my new car!
Don't bother. Lied to from point of sale about service history. Was told I'd get it but never did. Had the car 3 months and there's a dpf issue that warranty doesn't cover. Told me they would stamp the service book for an oil and filter change...that is not a service! Now I have to pay out for a car I've had for 3 months! Absolute joke. My previous car was 13 years old and it wasn't till 3 years I had problems. Stay away. They do basic checks to get you going and then your on your own. Will never use these again.
All good. Although it turned out that the car was broken and we had to wait a long time for the repair because they kept postponing it, they fixed it and it's great. A big thank you to the Pole who works in the after-sales department who helped us all.
