At RRG Toyota Rochdale, we experienced a very friendly and professional service. Prices were clearly explained and we had the opportunity to test drive two cars. All the staff that we met were very welcoming and helpful. Vicki Jones is a great salesperson who clearly cares about her customers. She has excellent knowledge and “went the extra mile” with nothing being too much trouble. She dealt with all queries during our visits and promptly via email, including changes made to our order. We were made to feel special by the Team when we collected our car, which included a chat with the manager, Daniel. Vicki ensured that we very familiar with our new car and confident to drive home before we left even though this went well-beyond our appointment time. This all made the process as stressful-free as possible. We are delighted with our wonderful new car.
My elderly mum and dad picked up their new car today and had an excellent experience with Vicky Jones the saleswoman. She explained everything to them both about the purchase details and all the bits that go with it. The great bit was she didn't just hand them the keys and waved them off. She had all of us sit in the car and she went through all the features of the car of which there are quite a few, explaining how everything worked and what it's purpose was. This was very much appreciated by my parents as it didn't overwelm them with all the technology that modern cars now come with. Thanks again Vicky you were great today
We recently bought a used Hilux from RRG. Great experience from start to finish and no pressure sell at all . Looked after by Vicki who was lovely and thoroughly professional throughout. The little touches make such a difference. Thanks.
Picked up my new car yesterday and what a lovely car it is. I was welcomed by the lovely Lisa who offered one of their lovely coffees. Then from start to finish I was looked after by Vicki Jones who was just the most perfect person you would want dealing with you in a vehicle purchase, knowledgeable, friendly and just perfect in every way. I'd recommend RRG Toyota to anyone. The entire team are very helpful and friendly.
