Bought from here Thursday just gone.. got product home and gave it to my son only to find it doesn't work. It's a Nintendo 2ds and the game wont stay in the device so therefore can't be played. I plan on taking it back as soon as shop is open. Great service staff was very friendly and I'm sure they will either fix problem or give me a refund.

I find this store rather expensive for some of the second hand goods especially some of there bikes they have in store but just in jeneral I find it slightly more expensive. All seems abit dodgy in there especially with the prices they offer, its not consistent one day you can try sell something and mayby offered 150 then the next day 100.. I've found cex to be more reliable, consistent and with higher warranty. Us with cex you. Can check online if you want to sell something so you know what your getting and what they sell for.

EDIT  Resolved my problem with reply. Thank you  Put an item in on buyback.  They then decide to have a stocktake over a period of 5 days.  Went to the shop full of staff and doors are locked.  Won't give me my item back.  Feels like theft and will be contacting trading standards immediately.
