Fantastic shop, just picked up a fender tele from their Scarborough shop, great staff very friendly and helpful.  I'll definitely be returning when I'm next up in the North East.

called in today and bought a brand new squire telecaster the staff there were more than helpful they answerd all my questions without any fuss and that convinced me to purchase my first new guitar as I was so fed up of buying second hand guitars that were so messed up  I will definatley be going in this great guitar shop again for items and regular service on my guitar when it needs one and not these backstreet guitar shops the service I got today was first class and the gentleman that served me fantastic he opened my eyes about secondhand guitars again service was first class

Very professional staff knew exactly what they was on about and was happy to help nice little shop well layed out and lovely little testing area I don't think I should be down a little ally way it should be on the main street for everyone to see I will visit again.

The shop is absolutely full of guitars, amps, pedals etc, the majority of which are new. It would be nice to see a larger second hand selection. I realise other shops in Scarborough cater to this market, but still. There's clearly been a substantial spend on the store development and stock, and this is clearly a place professional musicians would feel at home in.

Great service - Great Guitar!
Very Happy with my Taylor 114ce -after delivery I had a personal preference of the action being lowered so simply dealt with, it was never an issue, they arranged for quick collection, did the work and sent the guitar back asap, excellent service, Thank You - Guitar-Galleries
