We went to Lapland, Finland in December and booked the whole trip through Tracy Mason Travel. We didn’t know where to start when booking this holiday as it was something totally different for us. Tracy Mason Travel sorted the whole thing and made it so stress free and easy for us. We had a fantastic time and could not fault a thing. They kept us well informed, and we didn’t have to do any chasing. The staff are so friendly and approachable. We would definitely recommend Tracy Mason Travel and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Very rude!! So shocked, will not be dealing with this company again. Cleary do not want the custom. Just had the phone put down on me when in the middle of trying to book a holiday with them … as she was stop busy and told me the holidays were all going up so don’t bother !!
