On a number of occasions in the last 6 months I have travelled to this Post Office during the advertised opening hours only to find the post office within the shop premises is closed. On enquiring with other staff within, this appears to be a regular occurrence and clearly is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO with the Coronavirus Pandemic. This morning I was actually advised by a member of the public that it generally does not open until "after 10:30"!!!! I am wholeheartedly in agreement with the other reviews left. The operator of this Post office counter needs taken to task. Historically Post Offices were the centre of communities and received public support when closures were announced. If this post office were to close it would be NO loss to the community as it appears that it is rarely open and certainly does not reflect the level of service expected by our local communities. 1 Star given as 0 was not an option!!!
Absolutely horrific service. Guy makes up his own hours. Seems to come and go open and close as he pleases. Would nt waste my time using this post office not worth the aggravation or headache. Someone from royal mail should seriously sort this place out. Its shocking
Does not even deserve one star! Don't waste your time travelling here, this post office should be shut. The guy is never there, changes the hours of opening regularly. Even when you go within the set opening hours, he has hand written on a piece of paper, stuck to the glass. He has already left for home. I would like to say this is poor service but it really is no service.
Only open 3 full days, and two half days on a Wednesday an nothing after 1pm on a Friday Dreadful for any local business posting goods out before the weekend
As previous reviews state, rarely open which is such an inconvenience and waste of time!
As other reviews, unreliable opening hours.
