Towels are NOT helpful when returning something. I tried to return a faulty coffee maker that cuts out, only to be told the cutting out was due to an ECO button that was NOT advertised on the product as I would not have purchased it in the first place! They would NOT give me my money back! Furious and won't be going back there again!!!

We are impressed! Parents just bought a washing machine from here, Indesit branded, took old one away, plumbed in the new one all within about 30 minutes. Amazing service. Same day in fact! Although I think we were lucky. They even had to lift over the top of a classic farmhouse table which was in the way which they made light work of! This, ladies and gentlemen is why you shop local! Why we and my parents would recommend Towls of Tavistock.
