I wanted a tubtrug, when we went to the store the pricing was confusing as the list simply said: small, medium, large, but the products were not labelled: small, medium, large. When I pointed this out to the assistant, she berated me. Paying for the item I felt I was disrupting her from other things she was doing. I wrote a review on their website when I got home. The website did not thank me and the review is not visible on their site 3 days later. This was my second visit to the store. Although I live locally, I won't be returning in a hurry. 1 star as I can't give 0.

Good range of kitchenware from budget to absolute TOP range, helpful, knowledgeable staff, what's not to like?
