Managed to find a place to store our caravan easy access to the motorway network and convenient for home. Competitive price. Pleasant and easy to deal with.
A short while ago our caravan sustained some minor damage to its bodywork. Because of our bad buying experience where we bought our new caravan from we decided to try Tourer World for the repair. From start to finish we were dealt with very professionally and courteously. The caravan looks new again and we are very pleased with the repair. We also had a caravan mover fitted at the same time which was very reasonable compared to online fitted prices. We highly recommend Tourer World and will definitely use them again in the future for servicing etc.

We have just spent 2 hours with Paul the owner of Tourer World, while he very patiently and expertly took us through the operating instructions for our new to us caravan. We are new to caravanning and have found Paul and his team to be absolutely wonderful, they are the epitome of what customer service should be about. We went to Tourer World last week after visiting many other establishments, and we were amazed, we were not pressured into a purchase, we were offered lots of help and advice on a number of caravans and left to browse without feeling a salesman was breathing down our necks, but they were readily available to answer any questions in a positive and professional manner and never once did they make us feel like absolute beginners and novices. We have visited many other caravan dealerships in recent weeks and Paul and his team really are the best. We were lucky Tourer World was recommended to us I just wish someone had recommended them earlier so we could have avoided some of the other sales men we have had to endure and now we would recommend them to anyone. Initially we thought the caravans might be out of our price range, but after a long chat with Paul and taking into account his warranty and using an insurance company he recommended we found we made savings in these and other areas that meant we could afford a caravan from Tourer World, plus we have found other dealers remove things like awnings, water bottles etc etc from the caravans they take in part Ex and then try to sell it back to you, this is not the case with Paul and his team, they are obvious caravan enthusiasts and they want you to enjoy caravanning as much as they do and they go the extra mile to make that process as smooth as possible for you, and more importantly as cost effective as possible for you, so please talk to Paul and his team and do the full math and I am sure, you like us, will be pleasantly surprised. We have already booked our first weekend away in our caravan and we cant wait to get the legs down and a glass of wine in our hands, plus we have the reassurance of knowing if we have forgotten anything or if we have any questions, no matter how silly, that Paul and his team are on hand to help us. Thank you Paul and the team at Tourer World, you have made this whole process so much easier for us and given us complete peace of mind.
I’ve tried to contact this company many times via email and phone. The phone is constantly on voicemail. They don’t respond to voice messages left. They don’t respond to emails. Just common courtesy to at least acknowledge someone’s enquiry!
Just bought and picked up our new caravan from tourer world and I have to say it’s been a pleasure to deal with them especially Matt he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to buy a caravan Ours is a 2009 model and it looks like new so thank you Matt.
We have just purchased our first caravan from Paul at Tourerworld and what a great service we had. When we looked at the caravans the salesmen were not at all pushy and they left us to view the caravans at our leisure. They were very helpful when we had any questions. We found a lovely caravan and Paul talked through everything with us - nothing was too much trouble. We paid a small deposit to secure the caravan there and then two weeks ago and picked up our caravan this weekend. Paul had everything set up to show us how everything worked which was a godsend as we are new to cararvanning and we came away feeling very confident about going away at the bank holiday weekend. he did say if we ever had a problem on site just to ring him I found them very good valua for money after viewing other caravan dealers and they also generously give us bits and pieces so we could go away without thinking about buying anything else. I would recommend anyone buying a caravan whether first timers or upgrading to newer model to try Tourerworld first. It will definately be out first port of call when we upgrade in a few years. Stored our motorhome with these guys. What can I say....endless patience with our constant ins and outs and frequent plan changes. An absolute pleasure to deal with and definitely service with a smile !
Nice enough reception from staff but caravans need presenting for sale better imo! I'm sure they'll valet at point of sale but still... I'd like to see how a caravan turns out before I buy it!
Mathew & Tracey couldn't do enough for us. Customer service for us was brilliant as it was the first caravan they took time to explain things. Would recommend
