While the staff at ringroad jeep are pleasant enough to deal with. I did have issues with work being even started as promised. My vehicle was booked in well in advance to be dropped off on the Saturday morning so as work could commence on the following Monday now I am fine with that.  Monday comes to end of business and heard nothing so I called to find work hadn't started at all as another job had got stuck on the ramp if someone had called and let me know I would have been less bothered  This in itself isn't an issue ... But, I was told work would start on the Tuesday morning. Well, Tuesday came to end of business so I called again only to find that nothing had been done again .... So I arranged to collect the vehicle.  Arrived to an unlocked vehicle Wednesday morning I have no idea if it was unlocked before I arrived or simply left that way, it was there a while as covered in snow.  I cannot comment on work standards as none was started let alone completed. My jeep works hard so it isn't the prettiest however that shouldn't be an issue.  I think some effort needs to maybe be made towards better customer services as I have come out of this wasting 120 miles worth of diesel at the end of it.  Either way, no hard feelings that things didn't work out but it's an observation moving forwards for other potential customers and I genuinely cannot give more than 2 stars and that's being generous.thankyou for wasting my time and money ... Given the responses from the owner on the negative reviews, I am inclined to not believe the good ones, my experience was quite poor. Booked my Jeep in for diagnosis with two problems. Neither carried out successfully. A million miles away on both issues, in fact. Please please please get a second opinion. My local Landrover specialist listened to me, diagnosed the issues and saved me over 2000 pounds on the verbal quote at Ringroad Jeep. The diagnosis fee at Ringroad is only half of Stoneacre's fee. Just bite the bullet and take it there first.  EDIT: 21/09/22 I must affirm that this is a truthful review, one that is entirely representative of my experience and in no way malicious, only honest.  I will record Ringroad Jeep’s ‘litigiously threatening’ response below, in case they attempt to remove/edit it:  “Stop hiding mr keyboard warrior today i have investigated this feed back , it is totally unfounded as no invoice was created with your name . this mater has been reported to google . we shall be taking this matter up with our legal team once google have released your details to us , this matter is not closed it has serious repercussions”Service:&nbsp;Auto engine diagnostic

Took a Jeep in that 5 other garages failed to diagnose properly! Within the hour they had accurately diagnosed the fault and ordered the parts which they fitted the same evening so we could have the car back on the road the same day! I sent my 2001 Grand Cherokee to Mick for a fair chunk of work, including a new thermostat and injection problem amongst other things. He had the work done in no time and sorted my old girl out a treat. The labour cost was minimal but the work was 1st class. A great garage, great mechanics and the scruffiest cat I've ever seen. I recommend them to anyone. Cheers Mick.
