Friendly  and very helpful  staff. Would highly recommend

Brilliant, top quality stuff but the icing on the cake for me is the guy, John who works there. He is always happy to help no matter how daft or trivial you may think your questions and he is a font if knowledge when it comes to all things E-cig related. Wouldn't use any other product.

John is so helpful we have been going to this shop for a few years now...wouldn't go anywhere else

John in the shop is extremely helpful and knowlegable about the products. If something isn't quite working as it should, he'll fix it. Highly recommend.

Diddnt have what I wanted and I should have got it ordered as it was available on the website but I got the next best thing and am happy with it although would have preferred a different colour but only two remained and I diddnt want to wait, excellent service, staff were knowledgeable, be using here from now on.

John was very helpful and knowlegable about products nothing seemed to be to much trouble and I was not rushed at all into making a desition can't thank him enough .

Normally I can not recommend this place highly enough, but you really notice when John is not there.  Bought a new Arch 5 vape 5 months ago and all of a sudden It started to fail for some reason.  So I went back in today hopefully to see John and ask wether or not it can be repaired. John is on holiday for two weeks so I was served by his stand in who basically could not care less,  told me “well it is four / five months old”  I still have a vape that is three years old that I bought from this branch so I know they are supposed to last longer than that.  Zero customer service from this lad and he really did appear not to give a S#%T. So much so two customers walked out.  I have rated totally wicked wides 5* because normally it is fantastic.  However judging by my experience I will only ever go in when I can be served by John as he seems to be the reason it is so popular.  So I am now left with having to buy another vape and waiting for John to return to discuss the issues!!! I think John should branch out on his own because when he is not there the shop is a let down!!
