Sam has been exceptional with her customer service and expertise for the past 2 years I have been using the Hayward’s Heath location. Even though I have a totally wicked supplier close to home I make the journey because of the friendly welcome and consistent attention to detail she delivers. I always recommend and refer and I know many customers have been equally as happy as I am! The loyalty rewards card makes it have the cherry on top!
Lovely lady, great service. I felt that the lady really cared when I popped in to get a new kit, not only did she spend the time talking to me and understanding what I needed, she had products there that I could try and different flavours for me to taste. Great looking shop, too!
Very helpful, informative and friendly. Excellent loyalty program. 1 point for every £5 spent. This equates to more than a 10% saving on your juices, of which they stock a wide selection. Highly recommend.
Sam is incredibly helpful and is always on hand for info and advice. Not knowing anything about vapes myself, Sam has helped me on the journey to quit smoking. Today I went in and saw Wayne from the Eastbourne store and he was also incredibly helpful. I’m more than happy to continuously drive from Horley to visit Sam in the Haywards Heath store for my vaping needs :
Sam at totally wicked is amazing! Always there when I need her. I always drop my vape and smash the glass and she’s always there to help me! I’m very fussy with my eliquids and She always picks me the best ones. I highly recommend Totally Wicked
Really friendly and very helpful. The liquid is a bit pricier than elsewhere but recently I ran out of TW stuff and bought some liquid from another brand. Orange liquid that tastes disgusting, I won’t be making that mistake again - it’s worth every penny as far as I’m concerned!
Love this store! Such a friendly atmosphere and awesome staff who have helped big time with my choice of devices and vape juices. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to vape for whatever reasons :-
Been into this store a few times now since purchasing my new vape. Ever so helpful and very friendly staff. Even recommended some very good vape flavours. Will certainly be heading back there.
All I have to say is WOW amazing service, gave me loads of information. New to Vaping and the staff here couldn't have helped me more I walked in with no idea whatsoever, a little unsure, walked out very happy knowing everything I needed ready for my Vaping journey. Couldn't thank them more Highly recommend, they will be seeing me again for sure.
Visited this store recently as it has not long been open and I was curious! absolutely top notch service provided by the staff and couldn't be happier with my purchase! Will definitely be visiting again in the future!
