My wife, Christine, passed away at the end of October 2019, and as we had Dignity plans in place I contacted Torre Valley Funeral Directors regarding her funeral. At the outset I specified that we wanted a simple but dignified crematorium service. Throughout the entire process Tyrone Savill and his team were totally professional and compassionate. Everything was done according to my wishes and I was kept informed at each stage, so that I and my family were more than satisfied with the care with which we were treated during this difficult time. Tyrone and the team handled the funeral and cremation of my late mother with great respect and dignity. They balanced keeping us informed of progress at every step with not being intrusive at a very sensitive time for the family.
