Stuart Drake and Charlie have been truly wonderful having looked after both my parents in a very short period of time. Everything was explained very clearly and everyone was extremely helpful. Genuine care and kindness was shown to all our family. Thank you again.

Nearly seven months after the funeral of my brother in law, & my sister receives a bill in the post for the printers fee? Come on guys, where is the supposed 'empathy & caring' you pride yourselves on?? The fee for this funeral was paid promptly & with no questions & the trivial amount (£110?) for the printing was I gather, actually on the invoice. In our state of grief, nobody saw it was a 'pending' item only & that it wasn't actually charged at that stage. Of course you're running a business I realise, but the responsibility entrusted to you by your 'clients' families, must surely run to making sure that they are bothered as little as possible with the details of running the whole ritual - before as well as after the event. It's why you get the thousands of £'s you charge for this service to the public. Your accounts department has some explaining to do for not chasing up the printers invoice months ago, & as the invoice was exactly the same amount as the 'pending' amount on the original bill, why on earth was it not charged then anyway? For such a trivial amount in the scheme of things, I would have thought it would have served your reputation well, to have just torn the darned thing up & paid it yourselves. That would have most certainly won my respect & that of many others who now know about this.
