Leigh is a very pleasant guy. He came on time, analysed all the many issues and quoted and supplied a quote quickly. He was flexible on when work was carried out and executed it to a high standard and cleaned up after himself. He knows his stuff and is proud to stay up to date on new systems. Replaced kitchen ceiling spots, plus bedroom and bathroom spots. Fitted new porch light and most importantly completely rewired the heating and immersion set up, which was completely wrong hot water only running off immersion instead of boiler just that bit will pay half his bill off in <1 year. The number of plumbers and electricians who previously failed to figure that out is ridiculous and has cost us thousands over the last 10 years. Thank you Leigh.
Leigh rewired our entire house. He helped to plan our lighting and make decisions about what to buy and how to best install it to give the best effect. When we had issues - related to other tradespeople, not Leigh - he responded very quickly to help us get back up and running again. He's also a decent bloke and enjoys a bit of banter, so I like having him over. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Leigh whatsoever.
Leigh did a great job and was able to offer general advice on potential home improvements. Honest, reliable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
Hands down the best electrician we have ever used. His years of experience mean he is not phased by anything that he encounters. Leigh and his team were excellent. They replaced the distribution board and carried out an electrical inspection at my parents' home. Dedicated is the best I could describe Mr Fortune. Always finds solution to problems without extra costings. He has a good eye for fine detail and great advice on lighting layout to maximise light coverage without having to use extra light fittings. He was very polite and respectable to customers while he was working on the premises. Will not hesitate to hire him again.
I have used staff from Torque electrical for a number of years for the following: Kitchen ceiling lights installation and the service was quick, proffessional and of good quality & price. I called on them on another occasion and the representative repaired my non working security auto lights for the porch, again a quick and good quality fix at a good price. My indoors remote controlled & touch sense dimmer switches needed replacing and this was done well, quickly and also at a good price. When trying to save on electric bills I approached Torque electrical and they sourced over 20 good quality low wattage bright LED bulbs of circa 5w to replace many of my 50w - 60w standard bulbs in the house saving me quite a sum. May 2023 a representative came round as 1 of 2 of my domestic electric showers stopped running hot and this was quickly and expertly diagnosed as the thermal cut out switch which is an inexpensive part meaning I needn't shell out on replacing the whole shower unit which I was reluctant to do if I could avoid it.
Leigh helped us out with our malfunctioning boiler and did some impromptu electrical repairs. We had a very good service.
