This is a 4.75 star review. Google won't let me give 4.75 stars though! Cracking little shop. Friendly, positive, non judgemental eager members of staff. Like speaking to friends literally as you walk in. Amazing machinery (the factor bikes are porno grade) and well stocked. Great coffee. Popped in today mid ride, and was very happy with my visit. However. I have not given 5 stars for one reason only. The toilet. Dear God, it was disgusting. I know this isn't torques toilet, and they probably have no control over the cleanliness. However, do your selves a favour chaps, if someone asks to use the loo, say you don't have a public toilet! That's that reason it's not a 5 star review.

Thank you very much for the sound advice on the bottom bracket sealed bearing set for my claud butler mountain bike. I have now fitted it and made all the easier with the tools that you had recommended. Definately shop here again.
