Story

The Torphichen Inn is a traditional village pub in the heart of West Lothian, 20 miles west of the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. We offer a full range of menus for all occasions, serving fresh locally sourced food in our Scots Grill Restaurant from Friday evening until Sunday evening each week.

The Inn has a log fire, baby grand piano, and of course The Tam O’ Shanter Murals, a unique series of paintings by The National’s cartoonist Greg Moodie.

Really cozy, historic, old fashioned pub with good food and a warm welcome. It also features an amazing mural created by a local artist. Beautiful function room for events also. Only not five stars as I wish they had a beer garden so could go with the kids!

Great food nice atmosphere come on people there trailing it for 6 weeks to see how it goes get yourself down there and see for yourself lady in charge amazing only down fall and the reason for not a 5 star is no menus ready from printers
