Shambles. Staff took 40 mins to serve us for food. Didn't give us drinks menu, then told us we couldn't have food offer as it was past the special offer time. When drinks arrived they were wrong. Walked out. Wouldn't go back for food as the staff don't seem to care too much.
Staff friendly but no exprience in the fine art of cocktail making. 2 cocktails ordered and both incorrectly done. Asked for cider and got dark fruit cider. Not what asked for. Ladies toilets filthy and 6 cubicles but no toilet paper available. Its only 7pm. Won't be rushing back. Date night ruined. Thanks Yolo
Excellent wee place. Great selection of cocktails and all the food is made fresh, they even make their own pasta. Definitely recommend
This is now called Urban not YOLO, cocktails are great but can wait awhile at bar and pricey for the area, food is a hit or a miss, if it's quiet no problem but kitchen can't cope when it's busy.
Went in for dinner and drinks and it was a shambles from start to finish. Waitress took our order then forgot and never actually ordered it, had to give the drinks order twice as she forgot this. Only 1 vegetarian item on the main menu not much of a choice but ok, starter was supposed to be vegetable pakora but got huge florets of broccoli and cauliflower half cooked in pakora not great, when questioned was told this is there take on pakora. Main was fine no real issues there, not many ways you can mess up noodles but then desert was awful. Ordered Mint brownie with peppermint ice cream. Got vanilla and when questioned was told that was peppermint when I stated it was vanilla and my friend backed it up was told that the peppermint was freezer burnt and they just gave me the vanilla instead. No one told me this in advance or offered me a chance to change my order, then nearly cracked a tooth trying to eat the rock solid brownie that I could barely get a spoon through. Brought this up at the end and nothing except they took off the cost of some of the desert not all but some. Over all it was a disaster and a huge disappointment would not eat there ever again and would not recommend at all. Only good spot was the cocktail was good.
Guessing it's a bad soft play, slides were locked off for the kids. Paid for 2 hours and they wanted to go home after 20 mins due to having nothing to do with the slides being locked off and only 2 kids being able to use trampolines at any time.
Not enough staff for a cocktail bar if it's busy you can wait ages to be served Lack of staff also means it can take a while for tables to be cleared of empty glasses etc and cleaned They do food here and I believe it's of a good standard but I haven't eaten here so I can't comment Drink prices are quite expensive especially since there are a few hostelries in the area that offer better value for money One of those places that's a bit hit or miss you will either love it or hate
Had lunch and drinks at yolo today. The food was amazing. The wine was fab too. The waitress was so lovely. Its a wee gem of a place
Brilliant food .2 meals and a bottle of wine £20 couldn't get cheaper than that .Was quiet so people start going in during the week .You don't know what your missing
Great food and prices, but staff always seem a bit lost with what they're doing. Great music tho
