My experience in Avisha's care has been a very positive one. I came to see her with a number of complaints, we prioritized my pain, and are working through them presently. I had limited movement in my shoulders, which after three visits working out all the knots, and rehab at home, I am virtually pain free and have a great range of flexibility now. Lower back pain has been a way of life for 10 years, it is next on the list and have the confidence Avisha will alleviate this as well. If you are looking for a Physiotherapist, look no further.

I booked an appointment with Avisha when I was experiencing increased pain and tension in my neck and left shoulder, which I felt was resulting in bad headaches. Avisha is very approachable and friendly and really took the time to take a full background and discuss my symptoms. The difference after my first session was remarkable. Increased movement and significant reduction in pain and frequency of headaches. Avisha also gave me some exercises to practise at home, which complemented the work she did during my sessions. I can’t recommend Avisha enough; she is a great physio, highly knowledgeable, and gets real results – fast!

I cannot thank Avisha enough, for her help and professionalism. Having suffered with neck pain for a few years(which i attributed to years of playing sport and having a physically demanding job) I recently started suffering pain in my right shoulder. After just three sessions with Avisha my shoulder pain has gone and the range of movement in my neck is amazingly good. If you,re in pain, it would be well worth you making an appointment. Thanks again Avisha.

I have gone to Avisha for a whiplash injury following a road traffic accident. She has done acupuncture on my neck, shoulder and chest.This has improved my flexibility and pain has reduced considerable. Avisha is very professional,friendly and caring. I would recommend this service to anyone, excellent.

My Wife and I both have been going to Avisha for treatment of different complaints, mine a sports injury and my wife for a spinal problem, Avisha is the first therapist we have used that not only treats but advises self treatment, she has improved my wifes condition and my chronic injury is all but gone. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Avisha to anyone who is struggling with painful physical conditions, or just for a beneficial massage.
