Whether you need Physio, Acupuncture or Massage (oh and Space!!) to ease aches and pains or to put you back together in my case after having a coming together with a car whilst still attached to my bike I was fortunate enough to walk away, however there wasn't much that didn't hurt then to cap it all came off bike again on ice resulting in whiplash. It's taken a combination of all of the above to put me back together Then there's Pilates took a bit of persuading that it would be beneficial for me I know look forward to class each week It's been a tough few months but without FlowPhysio it would have been worse Thank you Katie

Katie Watson is an excellent physiotherapist. I initially saw her for sport massage for my bad back. She gave me simple exercises and advice to help me improve my poor posture and flexibility. I now also partake in her studio Pilates and Strala Yoga classes run by both Katie and her colleague Jess. I was nervous about these types of exercises but they are run in a friendly fun way that means, even the most inflexible person like me, feels welcome and can exercise within their own means. My back feels much better. I've even tried acupuncture with Katie which I find very relaxing and a great stress relief.
