Clothes in here are good for those like me who are petite sized. However the woman on the till was so rude. I came to the till with a jumper and a top. She took the jumper and dropped my top but didn't notice as she was too busy talking to her work mate. Other than asking me did i want a bag twice she didn't acknowledge me at all.
The store was doing a closing down sale and as such left you feeling a bit sorry for yourself and everyone else in there with half empty rails and bare walls making up a significant portion of the store. However, this was swiftly waylaid by the fantastic bargains on some rather delightful clobber on offer. The experience was topped off by an excellent display of flexibility in sales assistance from the Topman employee who engaged in a spot of bartering and helped me sweeten what was already a pretty sweet deal. 4 stars out of 5.
The staff are all kind and helpful in solving your needs. The building is easily accessible and have a lovely assortment of clothing

Not good, as it closed earlier than advertised on Christmas Eve, which adds to the stress of those last minute gifts
Staff not very helpful and didn't want to to a search for an item stating if I couldn't find it on line they would probably have the same problem.
nice and clean but limited stock.
Big sizes were usual poor quality so moved on.
Sad it's now closed down but got amazing bargains.
