It’s a simple station, with no food, drink, or indoor waiting area. There’s sheltered seating, but you’ll still need to wrap up warm in the winter. I’ve never seen any staff either, but there are automated machines for buying tickets. The exciting bit is when the road barriers come down to stop traffic while the trains cross. Make sure you’re on the right platform before the path closes!

Pleasant area to visit well served by half hourly services from Exeter. Station very basic with no facilities, not somewhere you want to be hanging around too long.
