Been using this place for about 10 years, last order missed some extra ingredients which I wasn't too bothered about as they said they'd add them to the next order. Next time we ordered they tried charging us for the extra and were rude shouting down the phone that we can't have stuff for free even though it had been paid for previously. Don't care about the money, it was a couple of quid and we always tip the driver at least that. Poor customer service and now we have tried other pizza shops realized their pizza isn't actually that good for the price. Won't be ordering from here again.

Me and my boyfriend order from these guys regularly, never let us down and always tastes amazing. Thank you for being there for us when we need yummy comfort food :) - Lorna

Poor customer service. Came home to find out the pizza had the wrong toppings. Contacted Tops branch and was promised a replacement. Drove back to the branch and the manager refused to replace or refund the pizza and got quite rude about it. Terribly disappointed as my family have been regular customers for some time now and it’s safe to say we will not be returning.

Honestly awful pizza. The pizza took over an hour to come and was cold when it got here. it was undercooked and the potato wedges were raw. The prawns were still wriggling on the pizza when it arrived. Had to behead them myself. Not ideal.
